Loosening and sagging occur on the upper eyelids due to advancing age, genetic predisposition, and intense and stressful lifestyles. This causes a saggy, tired and exhausted expression on our face. It also brings complaints such as looking older than female patients and not being able to use make-up. Eyes appear smaller than before. In upper eyelid surgery, sagging skin and tired muscles are removed. Then enough tension is provided. The surgery, which takes an average of 1 hour, is performed under general anesthesia. Postoperative hospital stay is not required. Recovery time is on average 5 to 7 days.
